優秀Leader的共通點在於⋯⋯

The worst leaders are the ones who don't pay attention to a woman's skill level and instead try to guide her into doing moves that are obviously beyond her knowledge of the choreography, thus shaming and humiliating her. They are the worst because they are only focusing on themselves instead of making it a wonderful experience for them both. 帶女生Pivot時，Leader要記得
讓她從原本的前傾軸心（深擁抱）變回垂直（也是深擁抱），
不然斜斜地又要Pivot, 女生會有點困擾。
原理是什麼？我還在想想⋯⋯

＃心細如髮絲
當Leader還真不容易；除了要即興帶領看交通，還要會聞空氣。

難題1 : 兩位同樣重要的女士坐在你桌子面前，該先跟誰跳？

難題2: 只剩最後一個tanda的機會，而場子人不多，卻有超過4位同樣重要的女士在等你，該跟誰跳？


成熟的Leader可能是為了照顧女士們易受傷的心兒吧； 只見Leader #1 在第一題，選擇逃離現場那桌，找別人跳。

Leader #2在第二題，選擇一位當天晚上才認識的，不太熟的女士跳。

至少沒有心碎的聲音。
